BECOME A MEMBER
Who can become a member?
The following individuals are entitled to be admitted to the International Chamber with the title of associate:
- lawyers and trainee lawyers registered with any bar in Italy;
- the University Professors of legal subjects provided that they are registered in any Bar in Italy.
The following individuals are entitled to be admitted to the International Chamber with the title of sustaining:
- lawyers registered in any foreign Bar
- individuals who hold a degree in Law upon completion of a studying course of minimum four years (old regulation) or five years (new regulation) who have practiced for at least two years
(i) the actual activity of legal counsel inside a business and (ii) as employee of organizations and businesses in Italy and abroad.
Reasons to become a member
The Association was founded mostly by leading figures of the Milanese legal and academic community. Furthermore, the Association has a national vocation, and it is constantly open to figures who share its value and the objectives and who are willing to enhance and reach them through the membership.
